Is there insurance coverage for services?

Psychological services are not covered under OHIP. However, young people or their caregivers may have an insurance plan through their work where they may receive coverage for psychological services. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company to enquire about coverage.

Are the interview sessions virtual or in-person?

Since the start of the pandemic, we have learned that virtual appointments can be an effective and convenient mode of communication in psychology work. However, this may not be everyone’s preference, and so I offer both virtual and in-person appointment options for clients.

Do you work with adults?

I do provide assessment and treatment services to adults over age 21 under the supervision of a psychologist who is licensed to practice with older clients. This supervision is necessary to ultimately become licensed myself to work independently with adults.
